Lobster tail, yellow klondike potatoes, and asparagus was dinner tonight.  This was my first time having lobster.  Its a lot of work to get the meat out, but not bad.  Mmmm.

I walked to the mailbox, then the fruit store, shopped for fruit, walked the fruit home, did some sit-ups/push-ups, ate lunch, rode my bike to starbuck's, relaxed a bit, rode home, and now I'm cooking dinner!  The good news is that was a lot of good exercise!

This will be a nice healthy dinner!
